Youngstown Mirror & Glass Co

Order was 1 week late than quoted. Called for updates and never got call back as was told would happen. Finally, called and said it would be ready on one hour. Glass work was great quality, but time and communication was not up to standard as I had other projects scheduled in connection with the purchase.

YMG made our custom glass doors for our 75 year old built in China cabinet. They restored it to original beauty! Thanks YMG for such professional craftsmanship!

I had them install sliding glass shower for our shower. The install team was great everything looks clean and exactly how we wanted it to be. They were much better priced then other glass companies as well

I originally praised this place for their speed and their customer service. When I unwrapped my glass two days later and saw the chip in the corner, I was not thrilled. Especially after I got cut on that chip and it was very deep and it took a long time for it to stop bleeding. It was a small cut, but it took a long time to stop bleeding. Quality control has a little bit to be desired. Obviously, no one checked this glass before it left their shop.

Awesome people, helped me in an emergency situation where my pellet stove glass broke in this very cold weather. They had it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all your glass and mirror needs.
